About Nordic Corporate Finance Nordic Corporate Finance was founded in 2002 and has since then worked exclusively within corporate finance advisory services related to acquisitions, sales and divestitures, strategic advisory services and business development in general. Nordic Corporate Finance is the exclusive Danish part of the international organization Global M&A Partners, the world's leading international organization of independent corporate finance advisors. Our 300+ advisors in 45+ offices use our common infrastructure to deliver seamless access to the best buyers, investors, and opportunities around the globe. Corporations, entrepreneurs and private equity investors around the world value us for our local process skills and global execution capability. Our clients A typical client is a Danish or/and international company wishing to buy or sell a business, subsidiary or division at home or abroad. Also business owners wishing to sell their mid-sized business are typical clients. In recent years, private equity funds have also been a significant client group. We deliver corporate finance advisory services for mid-sized transactions worldwide (typically between € 10M and € 500M). Our advisors collectively draw on the corporate finance expertise across all offices to support companies, entrepreneurs and institutional investors. Nordic Corporate Finance is located in Copenhagen and our advisors have a broad and extensive experience with changes of ownership and corporate structures.
